Vivo Y17 features a 6.35-inch HD+ (720 × 1,544 pixels) Halo FullView display that has an aspect ratio of 19.3:9. The display of the smartphone comes with a waterdrop-shaped notch. Powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 SoC, Vivo Y17 is paired with 4GB of RAM. The handset runs Android 9.0 Pie skinned with Funtouch OS 9. The smartphone has 128GB of internal storage onboard and it packs a 5,000mAh battery. The battery of the smartphone comes with support for Dual Engine fast charging. For imaging duties, the Vivo Y17 comes with a triple-rear camera setup that comprises of a 13MP primary camera with an f/2.2 aperture paired with an 8MP Wide Angle camera that has an f/2.2 aperture. In addition to these, a 2MP depth sensor with an f/2.4 aperture is available. On the front, the Vivo Y17 sports a 20MP selfie camera for selfies and video calls. The connectivity options include 4G, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi, GPS, FM radio, and a Micro-USB 2.0 port.
